The ideas I will get from Mr. Harry Wong that I will own when I become a teacher is his concept of how to increase the students' learning level. First, he define an effective teacher as a good manager, of course how we as teacher manage our students if we are not a good manager, we must have a classroom management so that our students will be disciplined and at the same time learn how to be a good  learner. I, as a future teacher I will adopt this kind of idea to have am organized and well facilitated classroom. We are the one who manages the students, we give them learning, what we do in the classroom might reflect on the learnings and behaviors of our students. The first day of the class is the most important day of the students because they will be wondering who their teacher will be and what kind of teacher the students might meet.  To be a good classroom manager we must implement rules and regulations at the very first day of the class because it is where all of the students are thinking if what kind of teacher are you. It is also important to the learning of the students the expectation of them to you as their teacher, because this will reflect on the learnings that they will attain. I will own those ideas of Harry Wong because it will give me a lot of help in becoming an effective teacher because we are the one considered as one important person in the lives of the child. What we do, and say might be imitated by our students in the future because we touches the lives of our students. We are not their to teach and just teach but we are there to help our students to learn, to be good not just in mind but also with a good heart.

I.

         The speaker on the seminar is Mr. Harry Wong, this is held in a convention in the other country. The seminar talks about how to be an effective teacher to your students. The speaker gives a very knowledgeable strategies that we can use as a future educator. Those techniques will help us how to handle a class and have a  classroom management so that we can be called as an effective teacher. he also gives advice where we can use and apply in ourselves years from now. The topics discussed are the 4 stages of teaching, the difference between efficient and effective and many other topics that can help us to be an effective teacher.

II.

         The topic is relevant to my present in a way that it will serve as my guide ad training before I become a real teacher. It also become relevant in way that those topics discussed will help me to become ready and prepare in my teacher journey in the future. As an education student, it will serve as an advice and preparation before we become teachers.
          It is also relevant in my professional growth in way that those topics are my treasure when I am already teaching, the topics discussed in the seminar will help me what strategy will I use when I am in a hard situation or in a specific scenario in a classroom. My mind will not be empty and I will just think of those learnings that get from the seminar.
         The topic is relevant in my personal growth because those learning will not just for my teaching journey but it will help me as an individual to grow in a way that there are life advice in the seminar, there are also moral lessons that i will keep ad use them in my journey as an ordinary person. there are also inspirational message and advice in the seminar where I can get motivation to grow as a person, like this statement, "People who risks nothing are nothing and do nothing." this statement or quote inspires me to become a better person and have an impact to this world.

III.

          I will use those knowledge and skills in a way that when I am in a specific situation in school I am teaching there will be a strategy that I will use for my students. I will use it also when I am already a teacher so that it will help me to become an effective teacher. I will use it in a proper way where I will really grow as a teacher and as an ordinary person of this society. Having those skills and knowledge from the seminar is such a blessing for me because I learned a lot from it and in the future I will also share those learning in my co-teachers and those people around me.

IV.

        I can share those knowledge and skills that I have learned in the seminar when there is a co-teacher which is having a hard time in having classroom management or having difficulties in using appropriate strategies and techniques in teaching. I can also motivate others by sharing those advice that they can apply in their own lives. I will set as an inspiration to other people for them to be motivated.

V.

        The insights I have discover from the seminar is that, we as teachers we must affect the lives of our students in a good way so that we can be called as effective teachers. I can also adopt some strategies and advice from the speaker which I can use when I am already a teacher. One of those advice is the we must take risks because if we do nothing take risks we can be nothing and do nothing. this advice really caught me because it means a lot. I can set this as an inspiration and motivation when I become a teacher.

VI.

      The problems I have encountered while listening to the seminar are, first, the speaker talks really fast and because of that I am having a hard time in understanding some of the words. Second, their is a technical problem the sound system is slightly not good and because of that i cannot hear the speaker clearly. Last is the showing of the slides containing the learning in the seminar are too fast and I am having a hard time reading it.
