The effective teacher not do what an effective teacher is to
be. To be an effective teacher we must
know who we are as a person. We must treat our students as a normal human
being. An effective teacher does not saying out loud that she or he is an
effective teacher. The teacher in the classroom must continue to study so that
she or he learn more ideas and knowledge in being an effective teacher.
There
are also parts of a Discipline these are the rules, consequences,
and rewards. If a teacher do not have a plan then that teacher also planning to
fail because you don’t have any plan to teacher or to learn and affect a child’s
life. Harry Wong said that it is not the discipline that lacks in the classroom
but it is the routines and procedures in how to learn. In discipline it focuses
on how a student behave but in procedures it focuses on the things that are
done. An Effective teacher manages a classroom but an
ineffective teacher disciplines a classroom. It makes me to realize that it is
not the discipline that is important but it is the procedure on how to manage a
classroom. An effective teacher is a good manager.
